Brief Description: Strong Cashier holds a special place in my heart as it marked our inaugural release in my startup journey. Taking the game from concept to reality, we explored various gameplay options, eventually achieving 1.5 million downloads. Through rigorous testing, we discovered that an arcade-idle version with an idle-clicker mechanic resonated well with players. I am confident that with sufficient resources and time, we could have elevated it into a revenue-generating hybrid casual title but unfortunately we needed to stop working on it after months of work.
My Roles:
Pioneered the development of global vision and iteration roadmaps, setting the project's course from the prototype phase.

Produced hundreds of creative videos using Unity, Premiere, and After Effects, enhancing the game's promotional material. We prepared numerous 3D and 2D assets for each creative style and scenario.
